Palina Salimyanova

Palina is Head of Operations at Crystalloids, combining a technical background with a people-first approach to create clarity, alignment, and trust across teams.

With more than 13 years of experience across data, software, product, and operations, she helps Crystalloids run on data, not guesses, by building decision-ready insights, KPI frameworks, and reliable governance structures that support sustainable growth.

Palina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Methods of Economics & Management, and is currently completing her MBA. She believes strong systems only truly work when teams feel connected, supported, and empowered.

Outside of work, she enjoys visiting museums, exploring Dutch masters, and painting.
