Crystalloids B.V. (“Crystalloids”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data of our (potential) customers and partners. We do this to provide the best possible experience and to achieve our business objectives.
Crystalloids B.V. is responsible for processing your data and is therefore classified as the Data Processor. This privacy statement explains why and how we process your personal data.
Who Is Crystalloids
Crystalloids helps companies become customer-focused, data-driven, and predictive enterprises by creating order in data chaos, applying advanced analytics, and integrating systems and applications.

Crystalloids processes your data through our products and services and/or when you provide this information. This data may be combined with previously collected data via other Crystalloids services or application forms. We may process:

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data
Our website and services do not aim to collect sensitive data or data from visitors under 16 without parental consent. We encourage parents to monitor their children's online activities to prevent data collection without consent. If you believe we have collected personal information from a minor, please contact us.

We use automatically-collected information and other information collected through cookies and similar technologies to: (a) personalise our Website and Services, such as remembering a Client’s or Visitor’s information so that the Client or Visitor will not have to re-enter it during a visit or on subsequent visits; (b) provide customised advertisements, content, and information; (c) monitor and analyse the effectiveness of Website, Services and third-party marketing activities; (d) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities on the Website and Services.
Nothing is loaded before you choose. When you first visit our website, no analytics or advertising script is present on the page at all — not switched off, but absent. Our tag manager is only fetched after you allow analytics or advertising cookies. Until then the only cookie on your device is cl_consent, which records what you chose.
Two things on our website are embedded from elsewhere, and neither loads on its own. YouTube videos are placed behind a play button and use youtube-nocookie.com, so YouTube receives nothing until you click play. The Google Maps map on our contact page sits behind a “Show map” button; Google Maps sets an advertising cookie, so if you have not allowed advertising cookies, clicking that button opens the cookie banner first.
