FAQs

How long does it take to apply?

Our recruitment process typically takes about 3 weeks, but we understand that life is busy, especially when arranging a full-day assignment with us. We ask candidates to spend one whole day with our team, which may take some planning on your side. That’s completely okay.

We respect your time and are happy to schedule things in advance or move at a pace that fits your agenda. The timeline is flexible and largely depends on your availability. Whether you want to move fast or take it step by step, we’ll support your pace.

How should I prepare for the interview?

No need for formal prep, we’re not here to catch you off guard. Your skills will shine through during the practical assignment.

For the rest, it’s simply about being yourself. We focus on open conversations, your attitude, communication style, and how you approach collaboration and learning. We’re more interested in who you are and how you think than in perfect answers.

Do I need to speak Dutch?

No. Our working language is English, and many of our team members come from international backgrounds. Dutch is not a requirement.

Do you sponsor visas or relocation?

Yes, for the right candidates, we offer visa sponsorship and support relocation to the Netherlands. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Do you cover transportation costs or offer a company car?

We make commuting as stress-free as possible. Instead of a company car, we provide a first-class train pass with access to all public transport across the Netherlands. It’s an eco-friendly, comfortable way to travel and ensures you can get to the office, client sites, or anywhere else you need with ease.

What’s the dress code?

Casual, but appropriate. We care more about what you bring to the table than what you wear to it.

That said, we expect a level of professionalism in how you present yourself, especially when meeting clients or joining team sessions.
