Terms & Conditions

Submitting the booking form secures your place and commits you to pay for the attendance or cancellation fee.

Training courses and conferences

Crystalloids reserves the right to change its events, including information relating to content, timings, dates, and venues.

If Crystalloids has to cancel a workshop, you will be offered a place on an equivalent event within a 12-month period. If this isn’t suitable for you, a full refund will be issued. If Crystalloids cancels an event and an alternative cannot be provided, we will fully refund any payment received for that course.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice, and full payment must be received before attendance. Once a booking is made, please be advised that cancellations at any stage are subject to a charge.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so in writing by emailing info@crystalloids.com

Cancellation charges are:

  • 14-28 days before a course = 30% of the course fee
  • 7-13 days before a course = 50% of the course fee
  • 1 - 6 days before a course = 100% of the course fee

A substitute delegate may attend at no extra charge. Cancellation charges apply for all cancellations including those due to illness.

Transfers

If you need to transfer your booking to another person, please email info@crystalloids.com. When you transfer to another person the original terms and conditions, including cancellation charges, still apply to the new participant.

Non-attendance which does not meet these transfer requirements is considered a cancellation and cancellation charges will be incurred. Please note non attendance due to illness, difficulty in transport arrangements, weather conditions and any other reason will incur the same cancellation charge.

Please see our privacy policy for more information about how your data is stored and processed. Data provided on the booking form will not be passed onto any third-party organisation.
