Product Vision
Aligning on goals, target users, and key success metrics. This often involves a Product Vision Board exercise.
Backlog Development
Identifying key features and user needs, breaking them into epics and user stories, and ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment using structured templates like 'As a [user], I want to [action], so that [benefit]'. Additional stories may be developed during this phase.
Prioritisation
Organising and refining user stories based on dependencies and logical flow. This can involve User Story Mapping and Business Value Poker to assign priority based on business value.
Discussing how the backlog connects to the Google Cloud Platform and how solutions will be implemented.
Next Steps
Summarising the prioritised backlog and defining immediate next steps. This may include creating sprint planning, refining and estimating high-priority user stories, committing to the first sprint, and starting the development phase.
