First-year policy

During the first year, newcomers work mainly from our Rotterdam office or the client's site. This is the best way to quickly connect with the team, absorb our culture, and grow confidently in the role.

Hybrid model after year 1

After the first year, we follow a hybrid way of working. This balance between office and remote work gives flexibility while keeping collaboration strong, depending on the team and responsibilities.
