What will you do as a Lead Generation Sales Intern?
As a Lead Generation Sales Intern, you will help Crystalloids build a high-quality and scalable B2B sales pipeline, while also supporting the team with Sales Enablement activities.
Your goal is to drive relevance and consistent lead volume through strong human research, structured outreach, and CRM hygiene, so our Sales Team can focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals.
This is a full-time internship focused on high-value B2B Cloud and AI sales, and a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern outbound sales and pipeline development.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Lead Generation & Research
- Identify target companies and perform persona research to feed the pipeline with qualified leads
- Perform deep account research on large account lists to identify the best sales opportunities
- Research and match Crystalloids’ services to customer pain points within established Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Sales Enablement & Outreach
- Execute 100 personalized contacts per month using LinkedIn Sales Navigator InMail credits
- Perform initial outreach via connection requests and structured multi-step follow-ups
- Support Sales Executives by taking over 2–6 hours per week of research and data tasks
- Aim to generate 2 qualified conversations (introductions) per month based on outreach volume
Data Integrity & Strategy
- Refine and enrich HubSpot records to keep pipeline data reliable, complete, and actionable
- Document validated outreach sequences and high-performing playbooks throughout the internship period
- Identify and test automation tools to enable future scaling in a structured way
Experience and qualifications
Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Skills & Requirements
- Business-oriented mindset with a strong interest in B2B sales and outreach
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus
- Ability and motivation to learn tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot
- Interest in learning the business side of Cloud / AI solutions
- Persistent, structured, and human-centric approach to outreach
- Security-conscious and responsible attitude regarding customer data and company reputation
