Current State & Future State

Understanding the present situation and defining the desired future state that includes Google Cloud & Analytics.

Product Vision

Aligning on goals, target users, and key success metrics. This often involves a Product Vision Board exercise.

Backlog Development

Identifying key features and user needs, breaking them into epics and user stories, and ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment using structured templates like ‘As a [user], I want to [action], so that [benefit]’. Additional stories may be developed during this phase.

Prioritisation
