News: KNVB wins Customer Data Award 2017
The KNVB achieved excellent results
KNVB is the proud winner of the prestigious Customer Data Award 2017. Since 2006 this prize is being awarded by the DDMA, the branche organization for data driven Marketing, to organizations that have made great progress in data driven marketing. Together with Crystalloids the KNVB has achieved excellent results in this area and this award is the crowning achievement of the joint team.
This is how the chairman of the jury summarized it:
“In a firm way the KNVB shows how you can balance between the right and targeted use of data on one hand and researching and use the often creative possibilities that come with the use of data, on the other hand. This led to an efficient internal and external exploitation of data, the use of sharp insights and more target oriented communication to all customer groups.”
