Ronnie Bathoorn

Head of Development

Ronnie is Head of Development and Lead Developer at Crystalloids, where he has been building scalable cloud and analytics solutions for over 18 years.

With a background in Computer Science and a specialization in Machine Learning, Ronnie combines architectural vision with hands-on engineering expertise. He designs and builds robust Google Cloud infrastructures, develops data ingestion pipelines and APIs, and translates complex requirements into clean, maintainable systems.

Currently part of a dedicated development team at Rituals, Ronnie cares deeply about the craft of coding and takes pride in building elegant, future-proof solutions that last. That same appreciation for quality even shows in the details — he writes his code on a 35-year-old Zenith keyboard he restored himself.
