Our Workplace
Our CIC Rotterdam office is our home base, offering plenty of room to collaborate and connect. In client-facing roles, collaboration happens both in person and virtually, depending on what works best.
How We Work
We follow an Agile mindset, working in short sprints and with regular stand-ups, demos, and retros to stay aligned and deliver value quickly.
Everyone takes ownership, communicates openly, and works closely with colleagues and clients to solve real-world challenges.
First-year policy
During the first year, newcomers work mainly from our Rotterdam office or the client’s site. This is the best way to quickly connect with the team, absorb our culture, and grow confidently in the role.
Hybrid model after year 1
After the first year, we follow a hybrid way of working. This balance between office and remote work gives flexibility while keeping collaboration strong, depending on the team and responsibilities.
