Our Traineeship Vision

A trainee at work at Crystalloids

The goal of the Crystalloids traineeship is to create a safe learning environment where you can develop real engineering skills before stepping into client-facing consulting work.

During the traineeship, you will work on internal projects and low-risk environments specifically designed for learning. These projects allow you to experiment with technologies, practice engineering concepts, try different approaches, and learn from mistakes.

We believe that the best way to grow as an engineer is through hands-on experience. That means building solutions, testing ideas, encountering challenges, and improving them together with experienced mentors.

Throughout the traineeship, you will:

  • work on practical engineering use cases
  • learn modern cloud and data technologies
  • receive guidance from experienced developers and consultants
  • experiment with different tools and approaches
  • develop problem-solving skills in a supportive environment

Making mistakes is part of the process. What matters most is curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement.

By the end of the traineeship, you will have gained practical experience, confidence in modern technologies, and a clearer understanding of how engineering teams build real-world data and cloud solutions.

As part of the traineeship track, you can earn a Google Certificate (Associate or Professional). We cover the exam costs and provide the necessary learning material, the rest is up to you.
