Project: Crystallizing Website Visitors with specific interests A market leader in leisure facilities needed insight in how to attract customers via their website for periods with low occupation rates. Our Customer asked Crystalloids to conduct a pilot to identify website visitors that would book specifically these low occupation periods. Crystalloids implemented a decision list model using PASW Modeler (former SPSS Clementine) to identify visitors with interest in these periods based on their web behavior and history. We also performed text mining on search keywords used in online search engines. The visitor analysis showed that a significant part of all visitors could be identified by their web behavior and that customers for these periods were booking with a specific action. Furthermore we advised how to score web visitors in real-time using SPSS Interaction Builder. This solution enabled our customer to identify their web visitors, score these visitors in real-time and to make them the right offer for periods with low occupation rates.
