ir. Marcel van der Marck (Panningen, 1967)

Marcel van der Marck is as Managing Director and member of the Board overall responsible for Crystalloids. Marcel has more than 15 years experience at software companies in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Campaign Management and Database and Real-time Marketing where he successfully has driven Business Development and Sales Management. Prior to joining Crystalloids, Marcel was Sales Manager Customer Intelligence & Performance Management at SAS and Director European Sales Engineers at SPSS / DataDistilleries where he successfully built teams committed so Sales and Marketing excellence.

Marcel has studied Innovation Sciences at the Technical University of Eindhoven.

 

Jennifer Eversen (Boston, 1971)

Jennifer Eversen is as Consulting Director and member of the Board responsible for our Consultants, Projects and Services. Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in the CRM industry helping customers reach their Sales, Service and Marketing goals. Prior to joining Crystalloids Jennifer was the Vice President Consulting at Innoveer Solutions where she was responsible for consultancy in the Netherlands and the offshore development center in India. There she focused fully on Sales, Service and Marketing projects looking at all aspects of the project such as People, Process, and Technology to create a success at the client.

Jennifer has studied Computer Science at Boston University.

 

drs. Quintus-Filius Grens (Hengelo, 1970)

Quintus-Filius Grens is as Founder responsible for the Strategy and Innovation of Crystalloids. Quintus-Filius has more than 15 years of experience in Crystallizing, Implementing and Optimizing Advanced Analytics and Integrated Marketing for business-to-consumer organizations and on operational systems like the Joint Strike Fighter and RoboSail. During these years Quintus-Filius has worked for SPSS / DataDistilleries as Product Manager, Perot Systems / Syllogic as Program Manager, TeleDynamics as Product Business Manager and MINT as Project Manager.

Quintus-Filius has studied Business Economics at the University of Groningen.

 

drs. Marc de Haas (Neuss, 1969)

Marc de Haas is as Lead Consultant responsible for our Data Mining and Integration Consultants including related projects. Marc has more than 15 years of experience in implementing and integrating Advanced Analytics using among others data warehousing, data, text and web mining, Unix, Linux, Windows, C, C++, Java and J2EE. Marc also has extensive knowledge about Customer Intelligence and Risk Intelligence processes like model building, fraud detection and credit scoring. During these years Marc has worked for SPSS / DataDistilleries as Senior Technical Consultant and Perot Systems / Syllogic as Technical Consultant and Scientific Programmer.

Marc has studied Computer Science at the University of Amsterdam.

 

drs. Hans Boëtius (Eindhoven, 1968)

Hans Boëtius is as Lead Consultant responsible for our Business and Functional Consultants including related projects. Hans has more than 15 years of experience in implementing and applying Advanced Analytics in Customer Intelligence and Risk Intelligence processes like model building, campaign management, campaign optimization, real-time marketing and fraud detection. During these years Hans has worked for SAS as Business Solution Consultant and for SPSS / DataDistilleries as Senior Consultant.

Hans has studied Econometrics at the University of Tilburg.
